Volleyball League playoffs saw Jiangsu Volleyball Team face Shenzhen again. With Jiangsu already securing a spot in the top four and Shenzhen out of contention early, the match lost some of its appeal. However, towards the end of the regular season, Jiangsu had given Shenzhen their first victory, so even though Shenzhen was the weakest team in the playoffs, Jiangsu could not afford to be complacent. This was evident from their lineup, with both Gong Xiangyu and Diao Linyu present, while Shenzhen continued to rely on Mitrovic, giving more playing time to young players. In the first set, Jiangsu quickly took a 5-0 lead, forcing Shenzhen to call a timeout. Shenzhen's serve reception was weak, with only Mitrovic being reliable, but she also faced significant offensive pressure. Jiangsu targeted her with their blocking, causing Mitrovic to struggle, and by the halfway point, Shenzhen had collapsed, trailing 2-13. After the timeout, Shenzhen managed to block Wu Mengjie, but their receiving was chaotic. Jiangsu's blocking led to multiple points, with Wu Mengjie combining spikes and tips to secure set point. Mitrovic helped Shenzhen reach double digits, and Zhou Yuetong added a back-three attack, allowing Jiangsu to win the set 25-10. The second set saw Shenzhen still making basic mistakes, with several passes to Dong Mingxiao being off-target. Upon Diao Linyu's return, she showed great chemistry with Tang Xin and others in the back-row attacks.
