NBA regular season, the Clippers defeated the Nets 126-67 by a massive 59 points! The Clippers played very easily in this game, dominating with their terrifying performance in the second and third quarters. By the fourth quarter, it was already garbage time, and they ultimately crushed the Nets.
Five players had perfect scores throughout the game. Leonard finally found his peak form, going 4 for 4 in the third quarter to score 11 points, finishing with 23 points in total. His biggest surprise was showcasing both low-post and mid-range shots, and he seemed to make every shot he took, fully recovering his form. Powell also played very reasonably in this game, seizing all the opportunities that came his way. He scored 18 points and made 3 steals in just 22 minutes, easily completing his task.
Harden maintained a stable output in this game, scoring 21 points with 6 rebounds and 11 assists on 6 out of 10 shooting, with only one turnover. He completely controlled the team's rhythm. Zubac remained consistent in his role, effectively protecting the basket and contributing 11 points and 9 rebounds. Little Jones, promoted to the starting lineup, continued to perform well on both offense and defense, scoring 11 points on 4 out of 7 shooting.
Coffey, Highland, Bamba, Kai Jones, Mann, and Batum all had passing grades. Coffey scored the highest points off the bench, but he still hesitated a bit on offense, often looking to pass to his teammates, finishing with 13 points and 5 assists. Highland was average, lacking any standout abilities, but he managed 9 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals on 3 out of 6 shooting, making for a relatively comprehensive stat line. Bamba did well in protecting the basket, scoring 7 points and grabbing 7 rebounds. However, he struggled to set effective screens, which has been a persistent issue for him. Kai Jones and Mann maintained good shooting percentages, combining for 13 points. Batum remained a solid contributor, though his shooting was off, his defensive value is irreplaceable.
Miller and Dunn both had disappointing performances. Miller went 0 for 2, showing no form at all. After being demoted from the starting lineup, Dunn's play was a mess. He missed all three of his three-point attempts and continued to struggle with his shooting. Additionally, after moving to the bench, his defense weakened. If he continues like this, his status within the team may continue to decline, as evidenced by his lowest plus-minus rating on the team in this game.
