Butler's Lawyer Responds: She Doesn't Deserve It
Butler has been suspended for a short period of time, and now his next destination is gradually becoming clear. Now, with his next team still unresolved, another off-court issue has landed Butler in trouble again.
This morning, according to The Daily Mail, they exclusively obtained a lawsuit document showing that Butler criticized the spending habits of the mother of his child. In the document, Butler stated that he pays $55,000 per month to his ex-girlfriend, Kaitlin Nowak, which should be enough for their three children and her living expenses.
However, his ex-girlfriend also asked Butler for an additional $10,000 for nanny fees, to which Butler responded, "She doesn't need a nanny."
In response, Butler's lawyer pointed out that the ex-girlfriend is suspected of refusing to find a job, stating, "It must be pointed out that the father and mother of the three children have never been married. Therefore, the mother does not have the right to live extravagantly like women married to NBA players."
