The 2024 season of the Chinese Ping Pong Super League has come to a successful conclusion. Last season's two runner-up teams, Shandong Luneng Women's Team and Shandong Weiqiao Men's Team, both successfully won the championship, making Shandong the biggest winner. Both finals were very exciting, with the women's team battling it out until the decisive game of the final set, while the men's team decided the champion in just three sets, but the process was also intense, especially the first two sets which were close victories.

Deng Yaping commented on the women's team match, providing us with a very exciting (and slightly dramatic) game.

Wang Chuqin's loud roar after the game sparked some controversy. At the press conference, he said that he could always feel everyone's support and cheers for him. As I've said before, I hope to repay their support through my good performances in each match. Playing at my best in the game is the best way to give back to everyone.

After Liang Jingkun defeated Xue Fei, Wang Chuqin immediately ran out from the standby area and gave Liang Jingkun a big hug. At the award ceremony, Liang Jingkun and Wang Chuqin stood together, and Liang Jingkun finally gave his place to Wang Chuqin, allowing his good brother Wang Chuqin to stand in the middle.

The rewards are quite rich, especially for the champion teams, with heavy trophies, banners, and of course, cash prizes. The champion team receives 1 million yuan, the runner-up team receives 700,000 yuan, and the third-place team receives 300,000 yuan.

The women's team champions, Shandong Luneng, have a total of 5 players and 1 coach. According to previous prize distributions, each can receive more than 160,000 yuan. Among them, Chen Xingtong received 100,000 yuan for the singles MVP, so she can receive at least 260,000 yuan in prize money. Qian Tianyi received 80,000 yuan for the doubles MVP, so she also receives at least 240,000 yuan.

They became the most important contributors to Shandong Luneng's championship victory. After all, they were the main players in the first stage, with Qian Tianyi playing both singles and doubles. Wang Manyu missed the first stage but performed well in the semi-finals and finals. It's normal that she wasn't selected for an individual award due to fewer matches played.

Sun Yingsha led Shenzhen University to win the runner-up prize of 700,000 yuan, with 4 players and 2 coaches, each receiving more than 110,000 yuan, without any individual awards.

The men's team champions, Shandong Weiqiao, received 1 million yuan, with a total of 8 teammates and coaches, averaging 125,000 yuan each. There were no individual awards, which is somewhat regrettable for Wang Chuqin, the greatest contributor, as he did not receive the individual MVP award. However, it's more important for him to defend the honor of the team.

The men's team runners-up, Huangshi Base, received 700,000 yuan, with 5 players and 4 coaches, resulting in each person receiving 77,700 yuan. Lin Shidong won the singles MVP award of 100,000 yuan, earning a personal total of 177,700 yuan.

The men's team third-place winners, Shantou Mingrun, received 300,000 yuan, with 4 players and 1 coach, each receiving 60,000 yuan. Lin Gaoyuan won the doubles MVP award of 80,000 yuan, earning a personal total of 140,000 yuan.

Chen Xingtong received the highest amount of 260,000 yuan, Qian Tianyi received 240,000 yuan, Lin Shidong received 170,000 yuan, and Lin Gaoyuan received 140,000 yuan. It can be seen that these four MVP winners received higher bonuses. Wang Manyu received 160,000 yuan, Wang Chuqin received 125,000 yuan, and Sun Yingsha received 110,000 yuan.
